Good to know
When a plan starts
On its first connection to a network in any of its countries — including the one you are in, if it is on the list. Install the eSIM before you go and switch its line on when you travel.
Your number stays yours
The eSIM carries data only. Calls and texts continue on your existing SIM, on your own number, with no forwarding setup.
The price is final
Taxes are already included. No activation fee, no deposit, no delivery charge.
Nothing renews on its own
A plan is a one-off purchase with a fixed validity. There is no stored subscription and no automatic re-charge when the data runs out.
Full refund until you install
Changed your mind, or your phone won’t take an eSIM? Until the eSIM is installed you get all your money back, for 180 days after purchase. Once it’s installed, you can still withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, and if the internet never worked, request a refund in your account.

Common questions
How much does an eSIM for Europe cost?
From €5.70 (1 GB / 7 days) to €60.80 (20 GB / 90 days). The price is final: Taxes are already included. No activation fee, no deposit, no delivery charge.
When does the plan start?
On its first connection to a network in any of its countries — including the one you are in, if it is on the list. Install the eSIM before you go and switch its line on when you travel.
Does my phone support eSIM?
On an iPhone: Settings → General → About. If you see an EID, the phone has eSIM hardware. On Android, dial *#06#. An EID in the results means eSIM is supported.
Can I make calls and send texts?
The eSIM carries data only. Calls and texts continue on your existing SIM, on your own number, with no forwarding setup.
Can I get my money back?
Changed your mind, or your phone won’t take an eSIM? Until the eSIM is installed you get all your money back, for 180 days after purchase. Once it’s installed, you can still withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, and if the internet never worked, request a refund in your account.
Do I need to turn on data roaming? Won’t my carrier bill me?
For the eSIM, yes — without it, it usually won’t connect. Your carrier won’t bill you for data if the data goes through the eSIM and data roaming is off on your main SIM.
How do I see how much data is left?
In your account: every eSIM shows what’s left. The network reports usage with a delay, sometimes every few hours — tap “Ask for a fresh reading”.
What happens when the data runs out?
The plan simply ends: nothing renews and nothing is charged again. An eSIM can’t be topped up yet — if you need more, buy another plan for the same destination.
The internet doesn’t work — what do I do?
Check that data goes through the eSIM and data roaming is on for it. Turn airplane mode on and off. Still nothing — write to us from your account: every eSIM has “A problem with this eSIM?”.
